CIRCUIT TRAINING
We offer classes for all fitness levels; each class is trainer guided to ensure you get the best possible workout and the best possible results. All circuits are designed to push you past your comfort zone so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm up. Our trainers will be there to give direction, assist with form or modifications and give you that push and encouragement you need to make it through a great workout!
SUDA CIRCUIT
SUDACircuit is a full-body, circuit training workout that includes cardio, core strengthening, and resistance training, set up in intervals to maximize your body's condition and endurance. Each circuit is unique, we focus on a different muscle group while working your entire body; improving your strength, coordination, stamina and athletic abilities. Our trainer-guided SUDA Circuits are suitable for all fitness levels. We provide a variety of options for all exercises that will ensure a great workout every time. Whether you are trying to lose weight or improve your overall fitness, SUDACircuit at ELEV8 is the perfect way to lean up, enhance muscle tone, gain strength and condition your body for a healthier, stronger version of you.
ADVANCED SUDA CIRCUIT
Advanced Circuit is a full-body workout that incorporates the same structure as our SUDA Circuit, including, cardio, core strengthening, and resistance training set up in intervals. Advance Circuit consists of more complex movements, heavier resistance training and stations designed to test your endurance and athletic ability. This class is ideal for those with a higher fitness level, ready for a challenge!
